Acceptance of terms
By using Critical Path (criticalpath.careers), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Job listings
Critical Path aggregates publicly available job listings from AEC firms' careers pages and accepts paid direct postings from employers. We make reasonable efforts to ensure listings are current and accurate, but we do not guarantee the availability of any specific role.
Apply links on aggregated listings may point to third-party employer websites. We are not responsible for the hiring process, employment decisions, or the content of external sites.
Employer postings
Employers who post jobs on Critical Path agree that:
- All listing content is accurate and not misleading.
- The role is a legitimate open position at the time of posting.
- The apply URL or email provided is valid and monitored.
- Listings must be for AEC-relevant roles (architecture, engineering, construction, BIM, project management, or related disciplines).
We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms without refund.
Payments and refunds
Job posting fees are charged at the time of purchase via Stripe. Listings that have been published are generally non-refundable. If there is an error on our end (technical failure preventing publication), we will issue a full refund or repost at no charge. Contact us at hello@criticalpath.careers within 7 days of purchase.
No employment relationship
Critical Path is a job board, not an employment agency. We do not participate in hiring decisions, salary negotiations, or any employment relationship between candidates and employers.
Limitation of liability
Critical Path is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, including reliance on job listings or application outcomes.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
